Terms & Conditions

1. Quotation – All prices quoted will be correct at the time given and will be provided in writing upon request.

2. Deposit- A deposit at the time of placing your order will be required.

3. Payments – The balance of your order will be payable upon collection or delivery of all goods by cash. However if you decide to pay by cheque this must be paid 7 days prior to the gathering. All cheques should be made payable to Feelin Peckish.

4. Cancellation – Should you the client cancel a confirmed booking then any deposits taken will only be refunded at the discretion of  Feelin Peckish.

5. Delivery – Feelin Peckish offer a free delivery service within the Tamworth area, a small delivery charge will be payable outside of this area.

6. Tableware -  All menu’s are complimented with tablecloths, napkins and a choice of either crock or paper plates and cutlery.  We will collect all silverware and tableware at an agreed time following your gathering.
